What is worth writing about
Something broken, an account you cannot get back into, a chapter that will not publish, a report that needs a human rather than the report button, a copyright claim, or a question about your data. Bug reports are more useful with the page address and roughly what you were doing.
What to expect
liltale is run by one person, so replies are not instant. Anything about account access or a copyright claim gets looked at first.
